Clarity on bookings, cancellations, refunds and your data.
By booking or using the arena, you agree to these policies.
Bookings
- Online booking is available for Futsal and Pickleball using your name and phone number.
- Pool, Table Tennis and Carrom are offline — book at reception.
Payment options
- At checkout you can pay the full slot price, or make a part payment.
- A part payment charges 20% of the slot price online. The remaining 80% is payable at the arena before you play.
- Your slot is held on a part payment exactly as it is on a full payment — but the balance must be settled at reception before you are allowed on court.
- A part payment is not refunded if you cancel. The cancellation tiers below apply only to bookings paid in full. Pay in full if you think you may need to cancel.
Cancellation & refunds
- To cancel, open My Booking and enter your Booking ID and the phone number used to book. You can also call or SMS the arena.
- Cancelling frees your slot straight away. The refund due under the rules below is then reviewed and processed by the arena — it is not instant.
- Cancel within 60 minutes of booking, when your slot is more than 24 hours away: 100% refund.
- Cancel before 11:59 PM on the day before your slot: 50% refund.
- Cancel within 3 hours of your slot, or on the day of the slot: no refund.
- No-show: no refund.
- Part payment (20% online, balance at the arena): the amount paid is non-refundable if you cancel — the tiers above do not apply. Pay in full if you may need to cancel.
- If the arena cancels your slot, a part payment is refunded in full.
- Cancellation times are counted from the start of your slot, in Indian Standard Time.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
- Late arrival does not extend your slot.
Arena cancellations / interruptions
- If the arena cancels for safety, weather, maintenance or power issues, the amount paid is refunded in full.
Conduct & facility use
- Non-marking footwear; no spiked studs on turf.
- No smoking, alcohol, abusive behaviour or damage to facilities.
- Play and personal belongings are at your own risk; CCTV may operate for safety.
Privacy (summary)
- We collect name, phone, booking and payment details to manage your reservation and send SMS updates.
- We do not sell your personal information. Data is retained as needed for bookings, accounts and legal requirements.
