Clarity on bookings, cancellations, refunds and your data.

By booking or using the arena, you agree to these policies. Final legal wording may be updated by management before go-live.

Bookings

  • Online booking is available for Futsal and Pickleball using your name and phone number.
  • Pay via UPI QR on the booking page, then enter your UTR. You receive a Booking ID by SMS with status Pending Verification.
  • Your booking is confirmed only after the arena verifies payment. You will get a confirmation SMS.
  • Pool, Table Tennis and Carrom are offline — book at reception.

Cancellation & refunds

  • To cancel, call or SMS the arena with your Booking ID and the phone number used to book. Staff will process it.
  • Cancellation before 11:59 PM IST on the day before your booking date may be eligible for a partial refund (typically 50% of amount paid), subject to management confirmation.
  • Cancellation on or after the booking date: no refund.
  • No-show: full amount is forfeited.
  • Approved refunds are paid manually via UPI to the same customer account. Keep your original payment UTR handy.
  • Late arrival does not extend your slot.

Rescheduling

  • One reschedule may be allowed before the cut-off, subject to slot availability.

Arena cancellations / interruptions

  • If the arena cancels for safety, weather, maintenance or power issues, you may get a free reschedule or refund of amounts paid.

Conduct & facility use

  • Non-marking footwear; no spiked studs on turf.
  • No smoking, alcohol, abusive behaviour or damage to facilities.
  • Play and personal belongings are at your own risk; CCTV may operate for safety.

Privacy (summary)

  • We collect name, phone, booking and payment details to manage your reservation and send SMS updates.
  • We do not sell your personal information. Data is retained as needed for bookings, accounts and legal requirements.
