Please read these before you play — thanks for helping us keep the arena safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Arrive at least 10 minutes before your slot to warm up and check in.
Non-marking sports shoes are mandatory on the futsal turf and pickleball courts.
Slots are booked for a fixed duration — please vacate the court promptly at the end of your slot.
Equipment (balls/bats) provided by the arena must be returned at the end of play.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted; refreshments are available for purchase on site.
No food is permitted on the ground/court.
Keep the venue clean; dispose bottles and tape responsibly.
Abusive behaviour, smoking or alcohol on the premises will result in removal without refund.
For cash bookings, coordinate with on-ground staff only.
The arena is not responsible for your personal belongings — please keep your valuables with you.
Management reserves the right to block or reschedule slots for maintenance or safety reasons.
