Rules

• Arrive at least 10 minutes before your slot to warm up and check in.
• Non-marking sports shoes are mandatory on the futsal turf and pickleball courts.
• Slots are booked for a fixed duration — please vacate the court promptly at the end of your slot.
• Equipment (balls/bats) provided by the arena must be returned at the end of play.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted; refreshments are available for purchase on site.
• Abusive behaviour, smoking or alcohol on the premises will result in removal without refund.
• The arena is not responsible for personal belongings — please keep valuables with you.
• Management reserves the right to block or reschedule slots for maintenance or safety reasons.
